The annual Rensselaer Runs United 5K has returned!
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute is proud to host the Rensselaer Runs United to benefit our partners in community at United Way of the Greater Capital Region.
Race participants are highly encouraged to come dressed in their Halloween costume, though it is not required. There will be a costume contest.
The event is open to the campus community and public.
Registration Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m.
Kids Fun 1/4 Mile Run begins at 9:30 a.m.
5k Run/Walk begins at 10 a.m.
Post Race Winners Announced for: Overall winner, fastest female student, fastest male student, kids run, and best costume!
Raffle Prizes to include:
- A complimentary one-night stay with breakfast for 2 at the Hilton Garden Inn at 235 Hoosick Street in Troy.
- Ultimate RPI Fan - 4 pack RPI Hockey Tickets
Your registration donation will go directly to United Way of the Greater Capital Region, which has been working to close the affordability gap for local families by providing immediate support and resources and working toward long-term solutions for all neighbors in Rensselaer County.
